Delivery charges

Orders over £60 automatically qualify for FREE DELIVERY and are sent 2nd class. Please get in touch with us if you wish to receive these items sooner.

All other orders will be sent via Royal Mail.

​Standard delivery (2-3 business days) - £3.95

First class (1-2 business days) - £5.45

Orders placed before 4 pm will be posted the same day, and after 4 pm will be dispatched the next working day.

There is no delivery charge for our unique Aroma Pips wax melt samples. These will be sent as Standard 1st Class.

Out-of-stock items

We make our products in small batches, to ensure every item is at a high standard. We also operate on multiple platforms, so there may be a moment when our inventory levels are marginally out of sync. We try our best to avoid this where possible. Soap can take three weeks or more to complete the curing process before we can dispatch them. We attempt to keep stock levels reasonable, but sometimes this is simply out of our hands depending on demand.

Any items that are out of stock are eligible to preorder. Any offers or sets that contain an out-of-stock item will be dispatched when the item in question is replenished. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity to ensure you are happy with this.

Problems with a parcel

​At Langtree Botanics, we hand-pick your order and pack it with the greatest of care – to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition – and in a timely fashion.​ We understand, however, that there may be issues from time to time.

​If you have received a damaged parcel, please refer to our returns policy to see what action to take next.

​Disclaimer: We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail or other couriers outside of our control, including industrial action or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service.
