This website is owned and operated by Langtree Botanics. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors seasonally fragranced, ethical and plant-based, home and skincare products. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The purchase of products from this website is governed by these terms and conditions. By submitting an order you agree to our company’s terms and conditions, which are based upon current main online shopping regulations. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site as necessary.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

All goods are subject to availability and we will endeavour to inform the customer of any items that are unavailable as soon as possible. Products may vary slightly in colour from the described item, as each one is individually handmade.

We do our best to ensure that all information, ingredients listings, photographs and prices of products appearing on the site are correct however neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Whilst all items are offered for sale in good faith, occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to fulfil your order. In these circumstances, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Promotions and Discounts​

These terms and conditions apply to all promotions. Discount codes are offered for single use by one customer/email address only and according to the details of the stated offer.  The codes will be valid for a disclosed period and cannot be claimed after the defined time.  More than one code cannot be applied at the same time.

Please note, that additional discounts such as free shipping will still be valid if the defined order value conditions are met.

​Liability

Langtree Botanics will not be liable in respect of customer or third-party recipient failure to comply with product safety instructions resulting in wilful damage to/or loss of whether direct or consequential to personal property.​

Breakage Claims, Incorrect Orders, and Goods not Received

Please refer to our Returns Policy to raise a claim before attempting to return any goods. Thank you.

Back Orders

While we endeavour to maintain good stock levels of the items on this website, we regret that we cannot always guarantee we will have everything in stock. We reserve the right not to send out small back orders if it is uneconomical for us to do so.

Payments

We accept online payments from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and PayPal. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, and we reserve the right to amend prices otherwise stated. The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery charges as quoted on the delivery page of the website and also on your order confirmation. The displayed price on the order confirmation is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay.

We may not accept your order if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our terms and conditions (including our privacy policy).

Order Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 14 days from the date of delivery provided you or the recipient notify us by email at langtreebotanics@gmail.com. You have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the goods provided they are in unused condition. Should the complete order be returned, any outward shipping costs will be refunded. We will refund the cost of outward delivery if all items that form part of an order are returned. You will be liable for any postage costs from returning an item to Langtree Botanics. A refund can only be given provided for items returned and on inspection that are in perfect condition.

​EU/International Orders

​We are currently unable to accept orders from outside the UK directly via our website.

However, residents of countries other than the United Kingdom who wish to order from Langtree Botanics should contact us direct by e-mail at hello@langtreebotanics.com for details of carriage charges.

Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights. Errors and omissions excepted. We have taken care to describe items as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our candles.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

​We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
